1. Eligibility - No purchase necessary to enter or claim prize. Contest open to anyone 18 years and over at time of draw on June 30, 2010. Contest not open to Manitoba Museum staff and Board.
2. Promotion Period - Promotion runs from April 12, 2010 - June 30, 2010. Anyone can enter through contest website, by mail with entry ballot or by dropping entry ballot into contest box at The Manitoba Museum.
A: Ballots will be accepted on the website until midnight on June 30, 2010. To enter through contest website, visit www.manitobamuseumcontest.ca and fill in the contest entry form.
B: Ballots received by mail must be postmarked no later than June 30, 2010. Entries accepted by mail to "Nonsuch Conservation Contest," The Manitoba Museum, 190 Rupert Ave, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3B 0N2. All mailed entries must include name, address, and phone number as well as e-mail address if available.
C: Ballots received in person must be dropped off at the Manitoba Museum, 190 Rupert Ave during regular business hours. Dropped entries must be in the Museum by closing time (4:00 PM) on June 30, 2010 and must include name, address, and phone number as well as e-mail address if available.
3. Drawing / Prize - Random draw held at The Manitoba Museum on July 5, 2010 by an official Manitoba Museum representative.
4. Winner will be notified by phone or email. If winner cannot be reached by phone or email, they will be notified in writing by letter. Prize is transferable on written notice to The Manitoba Museum. Dinner date to be arranged between winner and Museum representative between July 5, 2010, and July 5, 2011 and dependent on availability of gallery and balcony. Day and time of tour and reception based on availability of gallery and balcony and at discretion of The Manitoba Museum. Maximum 6 people for dinner. No cash value.
Privacy: Information submitted with an entrry is subject to provincial and federal privacy policies. Information is for internal purposes of The Manitoba Museum only. Winners agree to be photographed for The Manitoba Museum for publicity and communications purposes at time of prize redemption. Photo(s) could be used in The Manitoba Museum communications such as a Features newsletter, annual report, website, or at the discretion of The Manitoba Museum. Winners agree to having their name published in The Manitoba Museum communications describing their winnings.
