PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM:  Museum Volunteers must be a minimum of 14 years of age.  If you are under the age of 18, parental consent is required to apply as a volunteer with the Manitoba Museum. Unfortunately, this consent requires you to print our application form and deliver it to the Manitoba Museum in person or through mail/fax.
